Restoring Production After Original Supplier Transition
When the original supplier stopped supporting the products, the customer needed to establish a new manufacturing source to maintain production continuity.
As part of this transition, NKT helped rebuild a reliable production pathway for existing products by coordinating supplier communication, transferring available tooling resources, and identifying manufacturing issues during the product transfer.
Upgrading Legacy LED Designs for Better Manufacturing
Based on customer-provided product samples and application requirements, NKT developed LED circuit board solutions by evaluating board dimensions, LED quantity, and current configuration.
For some legacy products, NKT redesigned the LED circuit board structure and upgraded previous LED solutions from through-hole components to SMD LEDs to improve manufacturability and production efficiency.

Beyond LED circuit board development, NKT supported customer-designed lighting products through supplier coordination, production follow-up, and implementation support.
